okay, it’s not authentically taiwanese (originally from japan). but i would guess it’s the second biggest fast food chain here after mickey d’s.
pictured is the Yakiniku Rice Burger (燒肉珍珠漢堡). it’s made of thin strips of grilled marinated beef (with some greens) sandwiched between two buns made of rice. that’s right, it’s made of RICE. quite tasty…
mos burger’s trademark rice bun eventually got imitated by the mcdonalds here in taiwan.
